Chicago middleweight Donovan “Da Bomb” George says there will be more than a win or a loss on the line when he steps in the ring against former world title challenger David “The Destroyer” Lopez this Friday, March 22.
According to George, he must win or his boxing career has been a waste.

Kermit Cintron won a world title at welterweight. Take away two suspicious losses to the disgraced cheater Antonio Margarito and he’s never lost as a welterweight. He has almost insurmountable physical gifts of height and superior strength as a welterweight.
And so, after losing three of four in a disastrous 18-month stretch, what’s he going to do to get his career back on track?

‘At 160 lbs. I Can’t Be Beat!’
CHICAGO, IL, February 12, 2013 — Heavy-handed slugger Don “Da Bomb” George (24-3-1, 21 KOs) made his debut at middleweight a quick one on Friday, February 1, as he demolished Springfield, Missouri’s James Cook in less than a round at the UIC Pavilion in George’s hometown of Chicago.
