During his career, he has won the WBC Light Middleweight Championship of the World, the WBA Light Middleweight Championship of the World, the IBF Light Middleweight Championship of the World, the WBO Light Middleweight Championship of the World, the NABF Light Middleweight Championship and the USBA Light Middleweight Championship,
