Was the card that featured Ramos-Moore, and Grifftith-Rodriquez a closed circuit telecast?

I know I have belabored this point until I am blue in the face BUT Davey Moore not even being on the ballot for the Int. Boxing HOF is a travesty and tragedy of the worst kind. The fact that he isn't IN the HOF is bad enough but not being on the ballot completely puzzles me.

I have asked the 3 man feifdom on the nominating committee "is there some rule that if a man dies from a boxing injury does that automatically disqualify his chance for induction ?" The pad answer has been, "of course not, but we can't have everybody on the [current] ballot [it is a gradual process]."

I won't get into the names of the inferior (to Moore) featherweights who had no problem getting nominated (and voted into the HOF) but they should AT LEAST put him on the ballot and let the voters decide. This exclusion of Davey Moore is really starting to sicken me.

Did not know that. That is disturbing. An obvious comparison to someone already "enshrined" would be Sugar Ramos. In all fairness to Ramos, I feel that Moore was a more accomplished featherweight champion who would certainly deserve induction (much less nomination) to the IBHOF for all he contributed and gave to the sport of boxing.

Davey definately should be in the hall imo and his ommission from even the ballot seems rather suspicious... perhaps he is seen as an 'embarresment' by some because of his tragic demise... forgive my ignorance but is Benny Paret in the Hall?....

Benny Paret has not been inducted in the IBHOF, not sure if he's on the ballot.
