Sometime in the 90s there was a series of articles in one of the boxing mags(The Ring I think) highlighting the 10 greatest boxers of each major fight city(Philly, NY, Detroit, etc). Anyone remember which issue?

The article was called "A Tale of Ten Cities: When Boxing was King of the Neighborhood". If anyone could remember the date it would help me a lot. Thanks

Is Frank Klaus considered to be Pittsburgh's first World Champion? I haven't found anyone who predates him in any division.
