Any ideas on tonights fight on VS?

I've only seen Cunningham fight Krystoff twice & they weren't that great to watch. I didn't see anything super special about Cunningham other than a good jab and some good fundamentals. I know he beat G.Jones in a close fight but I don't know under what circumstances.

Again, without not knowing much about Cunningham, I can only go on what I know about Adamek. In the face of from what I see as a slightly above average fighter, I'd have to say I think Adamek takes it tonight with sustained pressure and strength. Adamek was terrible versus Dawson but I don't see Cunningham being on that level. Adamek has looked very strong at cruiser & should do well against someone who I don't think is all that slick and no big punch to keep him at bay.

First half was reminiscent of Pavlik Taylor one, Adamek has a friggen bar
of iron for a chin, and would be pretty boring if he learned to keep his hands up. Cunningham for his mister universe physique, has very little pop.

with it

Yeah good scrap. I had Adamek winning easily. Cunninham needs some Lipton in his game for the next level. Too soft for Adamek who had just enough to get by.

I thought 114-112 Cunningham was a tad far fetched...

Good win for Adamek.
He would make for a good fight with just about anything in the planet that's not Chad Dawson.

That was perhaps the best fight card ever seen on VERSUS, light years better than some of the one-sided trash (Paul Williams/Andre Ward doubleheader) they've shown llately (thank goodness Winky Wright pulled out of his one-sided tuneup). And the atmopshere was terrific. VERSUS had a decent screap a few months ago with Cristobal Cruz and Orlando Salido, but they put the card in Spokane, WA, not exactly a Mexican hotbed. What were they thinking? If someone pased gas that night in the ballroom, you would have heard it on TV, that's how lively that crowd was. Main Events promised a slam bang evening with good fights and good atmosphere and they delivered. Other promoters should learn from them and so should TV networks. I hope the upcoming James Toney fight doesn't set tham back again but I have my fears.

Haha. I'm sure this Toney-Oquendo fight is going to suck but I'm watching nonetheless.
