As the father of two great boxers, you see the need for the best, in shape, boxing ref to be used, especially someone who had a lot of fights instead of a ref appointed just by friendship or who does not have an extensive boxing background. They still use refs that killed guys in the ring and injured them through negligence or are grossly out of shape. Thanks, Ron
