    Whatever happened to boxing writer Michael Katz?

    Katz used be the boxing writer for the New York Post (I think it was).
    He also had columns in various boxing magazines like Boxing Illustrated/Digest and even did some work for HouseOfBoxing.com (now Maxboxing.com).

    Now I haven't seen his work for years.
    What happened to him?

    update" mike has told me he is retired due to complications from Diabetes
