As far as I know, Frank Garbutt and the Los Angeles Athletic Club did not have anything to do with the construction of the Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles during 1925. But I do know that the Los Angeles Athletic Club did take over the auditorium in 1927. Garbutt was a member of the Los Angeles Athletic Club and played an important part in the club's affairs. for many years
