Lauro Salas & Jimmy Fitten ? Circa 1952 ?
Frank:
That is definitely not Jmmy Fitten. Jimmy was darker, with a full head of wavy black hair and a rather bulbous nose, plus a much stockier build. And I'm not sure the fighter is Lauro Salas. The guy seated looks like one of those Texas boys brought to California by Bill Davee during the war years.
I have pictures of Fitten to show you sometime soon.

Frank:
Without reflecting on the matter a whole lot I would say that the seated oboxer looks a lot like Santiago Esteban, a lightweight out of Colorado who was imported by Sparky Rudolph, Babe McCoy's nephew. Because of Sparky's association with the Olympic Aud, Esteban got a number of breaks in California rings, although he was a fairly capable smaller venue fighter to begin with.
