I think you have the start of a very good list. My only suggestions: Roy Jones, Mike McCallum, Oscar - & I know this will be controversial, Jose napolez don't belong on the list in my view.

& Eder Jofre is ranked WAY to low even at # 10.

Dempsey over Sweetpea Whitaker? Don't ever tell Max Kellerman where you live -- he'll firebomb your house. PeteLeo.

    Aw Crap

I have Whitaker over Dempsey as well.

Please don't tell me this puts me on Mad Max's level.

Overall this list is a pretty good one IMHO. I think I'd rate Eder Jofre, Jimmy Wilde, and Salvador Sanchez a little higher. Gene Tunney would go higher than Dempsey, he did beat him twice. Tunney is one of the most underrated and underappreciated fighters ever in my book.

Can't see how anyone could seriously put Frazier over a Roy Jones p4p. Frankly it's hard to justify ranking Ali over Jones p4p.

Larry Holmes better p4p than Spinks? Not a chance.

Ike Williams may have been a bit better than merely a bit better than #50.

    Tee Hee!

That was one of those shows that I said to myself, "it looks like it sucks so I won't bother."

What an open mind I have.

p4p is a fun but never to be proven list.
The greatest heavyweight if we can agree on this
is the greatest fighter tha ever lived, that's fact.

Outside of the heavies, debate until the 'cows come home'
