Gomez wins as he was the better fighter, IMO.
He would have given it to MAB in a great Puerto Rico vs Mexico matchup.

Barerra here; just a better all around fighter. Gomez was a beast at 122, but the weight class was essentially invented for him. Gomez had one gear; Barerra has shown the ability to adapt his game that Gomez diod not have and also a far superior defense and discipline.

good fight i think gomez is the better boxer and is without douth the bigger puncher,i think the bigger puncher wins this ,barerra would box well and make a fight of it but i think gomez catches him and finishes him around 9th
