Thanks Dan for that photos, I was there that nite for those fights, the next day was a sad day for lots of peoples after we learn that Davey Moore had passed away, never will forget that day.

Yes, that was a sad day. It still irks me that Davey Moore isn't even on the IBHOF ballot for consideration. At least the WBHOF got it right and inducted him many years ago. When you look at his body of work it's more impressive than many of those inducted over the past 6 years.

Davey Moore was a great fighter, and he belongs in any and all of boxing hall of fame's.

I want to thank George Dawson from Sequim Wa. and his 94 year old mom for sending me this photo, with the help of Don Fraser and Hap Navarro we were able to indentify some of the boxers on the photo.
The photo was shot at the Pasadena Arena in 1933, it was at a benefit for Fireman Jim Flynn.
Again I want thank George Dawson and his mother, and Hap and Don for their help.

First is the original photo and then the copy that we used to identify the boxers.
