Jose Torres vs. Victor Galindez

Clash of two very strong light heavies (though Torres was probably stronger at 160). IMO, Torres had the advantage in overall skills and ring smarts compared to Galindez, but Victor was a bit bigger and very resilient (plus more proven at 175). Who wins and why?

I'll take Galindez in a close but clear decision around 10-5 or 9-6.

While you're probably right about torres having the better skills in a textbook sense, his style was mainly offensively orientated and i don't see him having the tools to outbox Galindez for long if he chose that approach or is eventually forced into it.

Jose's tighter punching would probably see him outland Galindez early, before he's overtaken later on by Victor's strength, difficult to time bull-rush attacks and heavy combinations.

Torres could probably take the less the lazier Galindez that started to show up with the Gregory fight.

Now, who you got between Arbachakov and Johnson

That would have been a fight to the finish, and I can see Jose and Victor winning, probably would have gone to a third and deciding bout, IMO.
