Haha, I thought my credibility was already blown by paying off so many guys to say nice words about me. Ah well....
P.S. Hawk really is a swell guy.

Looking for more traders. I've got about 10,000 fights to offer. PM me if interested. I've traded with many of you in the past. Haven't had a bad experience on CBZ yet.

Rob, we already got a trade going. About 72 or so discs. I'm almost done with them.Originally Posted by robg

Anyone of you been in touch with Red Dragon lately?
He seems to have vanished.
I have noticed this also. Not the first time the Red Dragon has disappeared though. I am sure he will be back soon.Originally Posted by -KOKid-
Red Dragon is still around as I got some fights from him recently. Good guy from my experience.
I last got fights from him at the end of May. His e-mail is: boxing.first@sky.com

Yeah, heard from him last night. He'd been off-line for about five weeks due to a PC crash. Everything back to normal now.
Does anyone know what happened to evander? He has not been around for over a month. I hope he's alright!
His PC has been out of action. Do you trade any more Rafael?
I can squeeze a small trade here and there.Originally Posted by Doc McCoy

Thanks for the concern Rafael. Check your pms.
Doc, I'll get that list to you asap.
Does anyone have, or know where I can get a dvd of Johnny Owens-The long journey?
I have a not great, but good copy.
Also a full version of the Pintor v Owen fight, but only fair quality.
Woller
I found one online at http://silversurfer91.homestead.com/hypetapes.html, but I am still waiting to hear back on the quality and price. How much are you asking for both of them? You can post here or pm me. Thank you for responding.
I, too, have the Pintor-Owen fight. I'd call it "good," maybe as much as 3 VHS generations, however; not recorded myself.
I have two version of the fight...I've yet to see it in great quality though I have a pretty good one...I wouldn't buy it...there are plenty of copies floating around that people would probably be willing to trade for.
All copies I have seen of Pintor-Owen are kind of crappy quality.
Yeah, I guess its relative...I have one copy that is less crappy than the other...
Just a question, how important is picture quality? Personally I like DVD quality but if I get a picture that is a bit grainy, I am fine with it. Not hugely fussed either way.
Edit.

For me it just really depends on the age, and sometimes rarity, of the fight. In general, I don't fuss about it. Some people are too difficult to deal with in this regards. VCR tapes, not to mention the TV connections, had the tendency to be unpredictable. But in this day and age where everyone is recording on DVD and grainy TV connections are so rare, there's not much reason why a very recent fight shouldn't be flawless to near-flawless.Originally Posted by PeterD
