Hi Kevin,
I just came out of a haze that I been in for 5 days (been in bed for those 5 days)with a bad case of the flu and maybe a touch of pneumonia, because of my cancer and treatment for said cancer my immune system is at a very low ebb, because of the holidays (my excuse) I haven't gone to see my doctor, but I will right after xmas, but anyway enough of my ills, I want to wish you and yours some very happy holidays.

Just thought I'd take a moment to wish all who participate in this fun Board a happy and healthy holiday season... it's about my fifth year of hanging around here and I have to say I really get a kick out of it.
It is all because of the quality of the group that participates .... I'm looking forward to reading Adam's books on Fitz and Sullivan this up coming year (I already devoured Corbett's and loved it) and really would like to read C's on Langford...In addition, here's a tip of the hat (and shot glass) to Gor and Team who run the best show in the biz and allow us year in and year out to play in their playground ...

Get your rest, drink planet of water and do what the other members have told you to do.
See your doctor. I lost my mother to cancer and in my opinion, doctors are a small solution to the cancer problem, but they can help you evaluate your situation and make decisons based on thier findings.
I will be the first to say that I am not living healthy these past few weks. In fact, my wife and I are on a bit of a bender and I haven't had a sober day in about two weeks!!!! Hell.... I'm pretty drunck right now!
Christmas is a time to be with your family, but in your case, it's also a time to be vigilant with your fight with cancer and maybe be a little bit selfish about your condition. Please beat this disease.
I know we will never meet, but I have to say, I look forward to what you give to this web site every day.

Thank you so much for your kind words, I will be seeing my doctor in the next day or so.
I hope you and your wife can work your-self out of the 'bender' and please don't over-indulge in the drinks.

I have also been coming here for quite some time, and have alot more to learn than contribute. Thanks to all of you for answering some of my not so knowledgeable questions without anyone ever making a rude or disrespectful comment.

LOL Mr B. it's not that bad of a bender! Usually a beer or two after the baby goes to bed. I overdid it twice though. I tend to enjoy my holidays like this every year.
I'll sober up for a few months after the New Year.
