Anyone know the whereabouts of the earliest 1963 pressing of this vinyl single? Its a long shot as its the UK version we're after. Its for a gameshow in England.

Anyhoo, if anyone out there is a hardcore record collector or has an image of the single so we can craft a mock up, feel free to send it this way.
