Italian Feature Film On Carnera ....

Has anyone seen this? It appears to be a full scale feature release on Primo Carnera ... a real fairy tale version but looks interesting ... is this new ?

Footage from a Carnera doc I found ... at the 4:15 second mark it shows him fighting , is that Uzcuden he is defending against ?

I have interviews with Carnera from a Spanish mag circa 1933 -- he talks about how he is going to rededicate himself to the sport as he had been running around with too many women and drinking.

One of the women, of course, was Damon Runyon's wife . . .

He - definitely looks like Uzcuden to me and to make that concrete, the date 22 Oct 1933 (of their fight) is shown at bottom of screen during the clip.

Amazing footage as I've never seen any before and the way it was widescreen and so close up ... did it seem like Uz was sleepwalking ? You begin to get the feeling of the overwhelming passion of the time and place he was up against, a footnote today but very real at the time ...

According to IMDB this was released in Sept. 2007.
