As to training hard using my boxing workout,
here is a short clip of me taken a few days ago.
I have two broken ribs from one of my fighter's missing two punches, so I cannot move like I want to in the shot, but being I will be 63 in August,
it ain't too bad for an old war dog.
I try to watch my diet so the guys I train with do also, and stay in the gym every day.
