Billy Conn W 15 Gus Lesnevich, NYC. Retains World Light Heavyweight Title.

Jimmy Carter KO 15 Paddy DeMarco, San Francisco. Regains World Lightweight Title.

Dick Tiger KO 12 Roger Rouse, Las Vegas. Retains World Light Heavyweight Title.
