Martin O'Malley to Headline at the Emerald Queen

(Tacoma) Lightweight Martin O’Malley of Seattle will fight for the first time since losing only the second pro bout of his career Saturday, October 11, 2003 at the Emerald Queen Casino. Last July, O’Malley lost to Luis Villalta for the NABA title. "I have no excuses for that loss," O’Malley said, "I never got started and it was very embarrassing for me."

O’Malley (22-2) will face Peruvian Leonardo Rojas (6-1-2).

There will be six bouts on the undercard. 2000 Olympian David Jackson who has had a three year lay off since turning pro will make his professional comeback on the card. Jackson (1-0, 1KO) will face Texan Khalik Memminger in a 4 round bout.

Ticket prices are 75-40-20 and are available at all Ticketmaster outlets and at the Emerald Queen Casino Gift Shop.
