Campas Headlines at DePaul on February 27th

Dominic Pesoli's 8 Count Productions, Chicago's premier boxing promoter in association with Bob Arum'sTop Rank Incorporated presents "Night of the Gladiators" on February 27th at the DePaul Athletic Centerin Chicago. Tickets starting at $25 can be purchased in advance for this action packed evening by calling 312-226-5800.

Headlining this explosive nationally televised "Solo Boxeo" card is the first ever Chicago appearance of former junior middleweight champion of the world, Luis "Yory Boy" Campas in a ten round bout againsthard swinging Mexican veteran Roberto Baro.

Co-headlining the card is a matchup of top junior welterweight prospects that has the boxing world buzzingas fan favorite Al "Speedy" Gonzales puts his undefeated record on the line against once beaten Puerto Rican badass Jessie Felicano of Las Vegas, NV.

Just added to the card is a terrific matchup of undefeated local welterweight prospects as KO artist Luciano "El Gallo Bravo" Perez takes on Juan "The Mexican Connection" Aguilar in a scheduled six round bout.

Also appearing on the card in separate bouts are Chicago junior middleweights "Classy" Freddie Cuevas and "Macho" Miguel Hernandez. Making his pro debut is former amateur standout welterweight Trinidad Garcia. More information on these bouts will be announced shortly.

The DePaul Athletic Center is located at 2323 N. Sheffield in the Lincoln Park section of Chicago. Doors open at 6pm, first bell is at 7pm.
