Miguel " Macho" Hernandez Signs with 8 Count Productions

Dominic Pesoli and 8 Count Productions are proud to announce the signing of hot Chicagoland junior middleweight prospect Miguel "Macho" Hernandez. The classy Hernandez most recently fought on the sold out February 27th 8 Count Productions card at the DePaul Athletic Center taking a six round decision over slick veteran Manji Conteh.

His next fight will be the co-main event of "Chicago Thunder" on April 16th at the DePaul Athletic Center. Tickets for this event can be obtained by calling 312-226-5800.

Speaking of the signing, Miguel said, "I know its the right thing to do. I'm very happy to be a part of the 8 Count Productions family and I look forward to great things for both of us in the future. I want to thank all of the fight fans in Chicago who have been very supportive of me and hope for their continued support. This is a great opportunity for me and it would not have been possible without the great fans in Chicago and I want them to be a part of everything that happens. I feel very honored to have such a terrific following of all Hispanics, not just Puerto Ricans but Mexicans also, that means a great deal to me."

Said promoter Dominic Pesoli, "I think Miguel has a lot of potential and I look forward to helping him reach his goal of becoming a world champion. We're very happy to have him as part of the 8 Count Productions family and we look forward to working with him."
