Hamburg - Mahamat Abdullaev is heading the next fightcard of Spotlight Boxing on September 21 at the gym of Universum Box-Promotion in Hamburg. A live broadcast on www.boxing.de with the English and German commentator voice of Fabian Weber will start 18:00 CET (noon US ET, 9am US PT). Eurosport will broadcast live on TV at 21:00 CET.
For Abdullaev, Olymic gold medal winner of Sydney 2000, it will be the 16th professional contest after he won 14 out of 15 fights. He is defending his WBO intercontinental jr. welterweight title.
On the undercard: Heavyweight Taras Bidenko and Ruslan Chagaev, the woman boxers Ina Menzer and Alexia Graf, German prospect Sebastian Zbik who just made his pro debut on July 17 in Zwickau, and the professional debut of Russian heavyweight Denis Boiytsov.
