Manny Pacquiao to Fight WBO Champ Gairy St. Clair in November

According to http://www.mannypacquiao.ph/ and as substantiated by his P.R. person Ricardo Salazar and www.boxrec.com, Manny Pacquiao will be fighting WBO Intercontinental Featherweight Champ Gairy St. Clair in Manila. The date slated for the fight is November 27th.
The fight is scheduled to take place in Manilla, Phillipines. The precise site for the venue will likely be the Araneta Coliseum, where Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier fought their Thrilla in Manilla in 1975.
Pacquiao (38-2-2 (30 KOs) of course electrified boxing with his scintillating TKO victory over Marco Antonio Barrera in November 2003 and his exciting decision victory over Juan Manuel Marquez in May of this year. His last loss was to Madgoen Singsurat (18-0 at the time) in September 1999 by third round knockout.
Gary St. Clair, 34-3-2 (14 KOs) won the WBO title on August 27, 2004 with a unanimous decision win over Decho Bankluaygum, 16-2-1 (10 KOs). St. Clair's only losses were to boxing luminaries Diego Corrales, Vivian Harris and Leonard Dorin, all by decision.
