ESPN DEPORTES AND GUILTY BOXING REACH EXCLUSIVE TELEVISION RIGHTS AGREEMENT FOR WEEKLY BOXING SERIES

January 19, 2005, New York – Today ESPN Deportes and Guilty Boxing, Inc., announced a multi-year agreement that grants ESPN Deportes the exclusive telecast rights in the U.S. and Puerto Rico to Boxeo de Campeones, a weekly boxing series that features up-and-coming Latin boxers.

The agreement calls for ESPN Deportes to televise 48 two-hour shows a year, with most cards originating from Las Vegas. ESPN Deportes will also televise fights of similar caliber from California, Connecticut, Arizona and Tijuana, Mexico.

“We are pleased to have reached an agreement with Guilty Boxing,” said Lino Garcia, ESPN Deportes general manager. “Boxing is one of the most popular sports among Hispanics, and this is yet another example of our continued commitment to serving our passionate fan base.”

Added Garcia: “With Boxeo de Campeones, we have made a tremendous enhancement to our boxing line-up. This agreement allows us to better serve our viewers while helping a new generation of up-and-coming Latin boxers”.

“We are very excited to have reached this multi-year agreement with ESPN Deportes,” said Jay Hassman, VP, Marketing & Sales. “Being able to showcase our boxers on a national platform will open many windows of opportunities for fighters.”
