Cooper & Ricardo team-up for Guilty Productions at NATPE Exhibition LAS VEGAS (January 25, 2005) – IBA flyweight champion Melinda Cooper (14-0, 9 KOs) was so popular with the public today (Tuesday, Jan. 24), as Guilty Productions’ special guest at the 2005 NATPE Conference & Exhibition (January 25-27) in Las Vegas, she’ll join former NFL kicker and “Guilty Fight Night” series color analyst Benny Ricardo tomorrow afternoon (Wed., Jan. 26) at Guilty Productions’ exhibit (Booth #1515 on floor) in Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center.
Cooper and Ricardo will sign autographs and pose for pictures, 2-4 pm, and Benny also will appear there Thursday, 11 am-12 noon. Cooper, a resident of Las Vegas, captured the IBA flyweight title January 14 with a ninth-round technical knockout of Anissa Zamarron at Aqua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, California. Ricardo played for four NFL teams during his seven-year professional career. He was born in Paraguay and is a graduate of San Diego State University. First-time NATPE exhibitor Guilty Productions is a production company specializing in boxing television programming. Along with its parent company, Guilty Boxing, it annually provides a minimum of 48 episodes of its weekly boxing series, “Guilty Fight Night,” emanating from different locations including The Orleans Hotel & Casino and the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Tijuana (Mexico), southern California, Puerto Rico and Connecticut. The show 2 – Cooper & Ricardo also includes an extensive amount of high-quality features and behind-the-scene looks of the events and fighters.
