Official Weigh In for Golota-Brewster WBO Heavyweight Championship!

CHICAGO, May 19, 2005 - On a cloudy and muggy day in Chicago, the
rain held off long enough for the outdoor official weigh to take place today
at the Tribune Towers in downtown Chicago.
Both fighters made their way to the scales, and here is how the scales read:
Andrew “The Powerful Pole” Golota weighed in at 248 pounds fully clothed.
Sam Colonna – trainer for Golota stated that his weight was closer to 240
without the clothes.
“Relentless” Lamon Brewster weighed in at 224 pounds (wearing shorts).

The under card weigh ins will be held Friday evening.
