Novak Headlines, Championship Dreams Pack 'Battle of Independence'!

MERRILLVILLE, IN.- Fresh from hosting an internationally televised World-Championship card on ESPN2, Octavius James/One in a Million, Inc. today opened ticket sales for its July 8th 2005 Battle Of Independence, card featuring Three IN.B.A. Championship fights in one explosive night.

Hammond's Lightweight Johnny Novak puts his IN.B.A. and Indiana State Boxing Association titles on the line in the card's Main Event. Demotte Middleweight Jimmy "The Fighting Schoolteacher" Holmes looks to school his opponent for the vacant IN.B.A. Middleweight Title and Undefeated Light Welterweight prospect Jermaine White of Gary, IN plans to use his boxing gloves to win a championship belt.

"Marvelous" Shay Mobley returns to the ring after an impressive win on the recent ESPN2 card. Fan favorite Ruben "The Modern Day Warrior" Galvan and "Merciless" Mary McGee, the first woman from Gary in professional boxing, will round out the roster.

Advanced ticket sales are strong, and fans will have to make their purchases early to guarantee themselves good seats in the highly anticipated show, said Jack Callahan, of One in a Million, Inc.

"We are always looking for ways to give our fans the best in boxing and give our fighters the best challenges," Callahan said. "Our shows leave fans wanting more, and that's why we've become the hottest sports ticket in town."

An overflowing crowd is expected to fill the Celebrity Ballroom of the Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza in Merrillville, IN. Doors open at 7 PM. and the action begins at 8 PM.
