Vargas to Appear at Chicago Fire-L.A. Galaxy Soccer Game Saturday!
CHICAGO, Saturday, August 13 - To promote his upcoming August 20 showdown against Javier Castillejo at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL, Fernando Vargas will make an appearance at the Chicago Fire-Los Angeles Galaxy soccer game at 7:15 PM. Vargas will receive a personalized jersey from the Chicago Fire. On August 20, in addition to the Vargas-Castillejo bout, fight fans will also be treated to a second 12 round battle as undefeated WBC #1 ranked contender Rocky Juarez challenges WBC #2 ranked contender Humberto Soto for the WBC-Interim Featherweight Championship.
