Rocky Suarez Throwing First Pitch at White Sox Game Wednesday!
CHICAGO, Wednesday, August 17 - To promote his upcoming August 20th WBC Interim Featherweight Championship bout against WBC # 2 ranked Humberto Soto, Rocky Juarez, ranked # 1 by the WBC will throw out the ceremonial first pitch on Wednesday, August 17th at U.S. Cellular Field just prior to the Chicago White Sox, holders of the best record in baseball facing off against division rivals, the Minnesota Twins.
On August 20, fight fans will see a 12 round battle as undefeated WBC #1 rankedcontender Rocky Juarez challenges WBC #2 ranked contender Humberto Sotofor the WBC-Interim Featherweight Championship. This bout is the co-main event on Return to Battle, Chicagoland's Biggest Professional Boxing Event of the Year, headlinedby a twelve junior middleweight 12 round bout between two-time junior middleweightchampion "Ferocious" Fernando Vargas and former junior middleweight champion Javier Castillejo.
