Contenders Mora, Gomez & Brinkley Guest on New England Ringside Radio Network
WOBURN, Mass. (August 30, 2005) - A trio from The Contender reality television show - champion Sergio Mora (16-0, 3 KOs), Alfonso Gomez (13-3-1, 4 KOs) and Jesse Brinkley (13-3-1, 4 KOs) -- are Thursday night's special guests on the two-hour New England Ringside Boxing Radio Show, airing 6-8 PM/ET on Boston's Boxing Station, The Zone (1510 AM).
The focus this Thursday evening will be about their experiences on The Contender, as well as Mora's rematch against finalist Peter Manfredo, Jr., Gomez' fight against Jeff "HellRaza" Fraza and Brinkley's match versus Anthony Bosante. These three bouts are on an October 15 show at the Staples Center in Las Vegas. Ted Bodenrader, Anthony Pepe, Rick Brutti and Joe Bills are NER hosts every Thursday evening.New England Ringside Promotions, a division of New England Ringside, in association with Irish Ropes and Cedric Kushner Productions is promoting "Mayhem in Mansfield," September 17 at the Dana Barros Sports Complex (MA). Irish middleweight sensation John Duddy (11-0, 10 KOs) is headlining against Joe "The Assassin" Brady (13-4-1, 6 KOs).
