PORTLAND, OR – Things are looking hot at the Rose Garden on November 19th. In addition to a compelling bout between Sharmba Mitchell and WBC Light Welterweight Champ, Floyd Mayweather, three prospects promise to heat things up: Selso Bosquez, Osvaldo “Kid” Rojas, and Nelson Zepeda.

In particular, The Zepeda-Marthaller light heavyweight bout has the potential of being a real barn- burner as this is a genuine grudge match between two legendary boxing clubs. Their bout is scheduled for six rounds.

Marthaller, 3-1-0-1, of the Knott Street Boxing Club (Est. 1951), previously lost in the Western Olympic Trials to Zepeda, 3-0-0 and 2 knockouts, who hails from Grand Ave. Boxing Club (Est. 1949). In addition, Zepeda lost to Marthaller in the Tacoma (Washington State) Golden Gloves while Zepeda clocked a win over Marthaller in the Oregon Gloves. Forget Mayweather-Mitchell! Sources say that this bout alone is worth the price of a ticket, guaranteed!

At 119 lbs., Selso Bosquez 3-1-0 and 2 knockouts will face Clyde Franklin of Denver in a 4 rounder.

Lastly, 147 lb. Osvaldo Kid Rojas 2-0-0 and 1 knockout will take on Tefo Seetso 2-0, Botswana, Africa, for another scheduled four rounder.
