Dzindziruk dethrones champion Santos in Magdeburg!

In a highly exciting and competitive contest fought between two southpaws on a very high pace Dzindziruk knocked down Santos in round 8 with a right hook to the chin and won by scores of 115:112 on all three score cards.
Sergej Dzindziruk dethroned reigning WBO jr. middleweight champion Daniel Santos tonight at Bördelandhalle of Magdeburg, Germany with a unanimous decision.
