Photo of the Day: Another Victory for Diaz Exactly One Year Later?

RISING SUN, IN - 1996 Olympian, David Diaz, 29-1, 16 knockouts, will fight for his first world championship this Saturday, the vacant IBA Lightweight Title, on December 10th against dangerous Ramazan Palyani, 11-0, 5 knockouts at the Grand Victoria Casino in Rising Sun, Indiana.
This will be exactly one year following David's dramatic, stoppage victory over Jaime Rangel at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago.
If dates mean anything, perhaps this is a good omen that Diaz will emerge victorious this Saturday. Time will tell.
Either way, rest assured, Diaz will bring his temendous work ethic, determination and pride of the "Windy City" to forcibly impose his will on Palyani.
