On January 17 at the TD Banknorth Garden, The Sports Museum will host an exclusive screening of "The SuperFight: Marciano vs. Ali," a new documentary on the famous 1970 computer-generated bout between Rocky Marciano and Muhammad Ali.

The film has already won several awards, including a ScreenCraft Award for Best Documentary (Feature) at the prestigious New York International Independent Film & Video Festival last month.

The evening will begin at 6:00 pm and include a cocktail reception and dinner. Tickets for the screening are $75, with attendees receiving a free DVD of the film. All proceeds will benefit The Sports Museum.

In addition to the screening, a panel discussion of boxing experts will follow. Expert panelists include:

Mike DeLisa, founder of the CBZ, producer of the new SuperFight film and author of The Cinderella Man
Bob Lobel, long-time WBZ sports anchor
Ron Borges, esteemed boxing writer for the Boston Globe
Bert Sugar, renowned boxing author and expert
Peter Marciano, brother of Rocky Marciano
