PARIS - There is still no decision made regarding WBA 175 lb champ Fabrice Tiozzo´s next fight. Tiozzo´s promoter Michel Acaries is working towards a defence May 27 in Lyon or Paris against either Australian Paul Murdoch, whom Tiozzo should have fought in December but was forced to withdraw due to a bad cold, or mandatory challenger Silvio Branco.

EBU supermiddle champ Jackson Chanet will make a mandatory defence April 14 in Reims. Opponent is not yet announced. "Maybe during the fall we can work something out with Team Palle" states Acaries, who also will promote the fight for the vacant EBU 147 lb title in March or April between Frederik Klose and Antonio Lauri. The winner of this fight will then take on former WBO 140 lb ruler Giovanni Parisi.

Palle and Larsen was to have met in court later this week.

German supermiddle Danilo Haussler returns after a injury layoff March 4 in Oldenburg on the undercard to IBF champ Arthur Abraham´s first defence of the title.

French amateur star Ali Hallab, a bantamweight who fought in the 04 Olympics, have been training at the Universum gym in Hamburg and could be joining compatriot Willy Blain at Spotlight Boxing.
