PROMOTER Dan Goossen is aware that working in the boxing business can be a harrowing experience. But that didn't make him feel any better about his fighter, Sam Soliman, getting short shrift when Winky Wright and Jermain Taylor signed to fight each other June 17 for the world middleweight championship.

On two occasions during the past month of negotiations, it appeared Taylor-Wright might not happen.
