I.B.O. Vacates Several Champions Titles!
CORAL GABLES, FL - Edward S. Levine, President of the I.B.O. made the following proclamation regarding vacating of several title holder's belts:
Due to their inactivity and failure to defend their respective titles, as required by our regulations, the I.B.O. has regretfully vacated the titles of Carl Thompson, Jawaid Khaliq and Damean Kelly.
