Photo of the Day: CBZ's Rudy Ramirez' Son wins Boxing Competitions! LONG BEACH, Calif., March 23 - Rudy Ramirez, who runs Project KO out of Long Beach, has a lot to be proud about. In addition to running a non-profit program reaching out to troubled teens in Southern California, he has an award winning son in boxing. Shown above, Rudy’s son Moses Ramirez, 9, recently won a club show in Pomona, California on March 17th. The following day, Saturday, March 18th, he turned around and won the 60 lb. division at the Tijuana Golden Gloves.
