Rita Figueroa to Fight Serano for WIBA FEDLATINA Lightweight Title May 12th!

CHICAGO - Popular female boxer Rita Figueroa is now scheduled to fight Rita Serano for the WIBA FEDLATINA Lightweight Title on May 12th at the Aragon Ballroom.
Commenting on the bout by email, Figueroa said, "Dominic [Pesoli] informed me yesterday that it was in fact happening, so it's time to get ready. The fight is scheduled for 8 Rounds (or less)."
Rita said that she did not know much about Serano, save that she was from Texas and ranked fifth in the WIBA Fedlatina ratings, while she, herself is ranked number three. Figueroa's record stands at 7-0 with three knockouts, while Serano's record is 3-2 with one knockout.
Said the upbeat Figueroa, "If you have nothing planned for that day - your support would be great! As always - thanks for the continued support. Have a great day!"
