Bob Arum was adamant. Floyd Mayweather Jr. will not fight a rematch with Zab Judah.
Even if the International Boxing Federation was to mandate that, it still won't happen, said Arum, Mayweather's promoter, who said he would allow Mayweather to be stripped of the IBF belt before a rematch happens.
