Robert Morales: Mayorga has 10-year-old grudge

Now, don't laugh, but we asked Ricardo Mayorga during a conference call last week why he has so much animosity toward Oscar De La Hoya.

To say he gave a fantastic answer would be an understatement.

"(Julio Cesar) Chavez was one of my great idols," Mayorga said. "When he faced Oscar, Oscar was pretty much in his prime and Chavez was well past his prime. And at that point, I remember seeing him beat Chavez up.
