One Night, Two Great Title Champs: Jackie Nava & Alejandro Valdez!
Jackie Nava’s World Champion Title Fight on May 20th will be the first time a female is the Main Event for a Pay per View Card in Mexico. It will also be shown live on Fox in the USA and Live in Argentina. This is a big win for Jackie and for WBC Female Boxing in general!
On Saturday, May 20th, at the Palenque Del Hipodrome in Mexico, one year after she became the first WBC Female Champion, Jackie Nava will defend her WBC Super Bantam-weight Title against Alejandra “Locomotora” Oliveras.
On the same card, Alejandro Valdez of Mexico will also defend his NABF Male Bantamweight Title.
This will be an exciting night and the perfect way to mark anniversary of the first year of the WBC Female Championship Committee.
Once more, The Female Championship Committee salutes Jose and Mauricio Sulaiman for bringing women’s boxing to the next level.
