Hawk, 22, comes from the Crow Creek Reservation in South Dakota. He moved with his family as a youngster to Chicago and started boxing at the age of seven. His father and brother both have boxing backgrounds, the latter having fought in the Toughman Contest world championships. The Hawk family returned to the Crow Creek Reservation six years ago. Shawn turned pro May 15, 2004, defeating Miguel Munoz by first-round TKO at 4 Bears Casino in New Town, North Dakota. Hawk then moved to Idaho, where he's fought five times, and fights out if Coeur d'Alene. His goals include winning a title belt, gaining recognition and earning money for the Crow Creek Reservation, attending college and majoring in business and tribal management. Hall of Fame bound Jones (49-4, 38 KOs) has been world champion in four different weight classes, ranging from middleweight up to heavyweight. His much-anticipated comeback after 10 months away from the ring is against Prince Badi (25-2-1, 14 KOs), who is rated No. 5 by the World Boxing Council and No. 8 by the World Boxing Organization. Idaho icon Kenny "The Emmett Eliminator" Keene (51-3, 28 KOs) fights ex-International Boxing Federation champion "King" Arthur Williams (42-14-1, 29 KOs) in a 10-round Special Cruiserweight Attraction. Former IBF light heavyweight champion William "KO King" Guthrie (33-3-2, 26 KOs), of Palm Beach Gardens (FL), takes on Luke Munsen (19-5, 13 KOs), fighting out of Spokane (WA), in a 12-round title fight for the vacant IBF International cruiserweight belt. Also added to the card is a 10-round Special Heavyweight Attraction between Memphis (TN) veteran Frank Wood (26-3, 18 KOs), the reigning Mid-South heavyweight title-holder, against Mexican heavyweight champion Saul "La Cobra" Montana (47-13, 41 KOs). Wood has won his last seven in a row, six by knockout, while Montana is 12-2 in his last 14 fights. He holds a victory against Keene in an IBA cruiserweight title fight, fought Virgil Hill for the WBA light heavyweight belt, James Toney for the IBA super cruiserweight title, and Vassiliy Jirov for the IBF cruiserweight crown six years ago in Boise. The exciting uncle and nephew combination featuring light middleweight Edgar Hernandez (3-0) and lightweight Mario Hernandez (3-0, 2 KOs), from Caldwell (ID), is scheduled to fight opponents to be determined.
