Interview with Standout Trainer Freddie Roach!

When I walked into the Wild Card in LA, soft spoken, hard hitting Freddie Roach was busy working with Pacquaio – who’s robotic, precision with the speed bag was daunting. It made me put aside any thoughts I had of working out that day.

I tip-toed over to Freddie and whispered, “Freddie, what do you think about women’s boxing?” Freddie replied laughingly…”I don’t like girls.” Fortunately, the thought isn’t mirrored by the exceptional women boxers he trains.
