Cintron - Suarez coming to West Palm on October 14!

Bobby Bostick Promotions is bringing "The Killer" back to Tampa, Florida.

The knockout machine, Kermit "The Killer" Cintron (26-1, 24 KOs) and top-rated Mark "Poison" Suarez (25-2, 13 KOs) collide for the vacant IBF welterweight title on October 14, at the West Palm Beach County Convention Center, in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Cintron is coming off a spectacular knockout victory over the always tough David Estrada, a sure candidate for fight of the year. The bout with Estrada, televised by ESPN in April, drew rave reviews in the sport as the new and improved Cintron became the first fighter to stop Estrada.

The war with Estrada was also held in the West Palm Beach County Convention Center, and local fans have been demanding Cintron's return to the venue.

Already a seasoned pro at 26-years-old, Cintron is focused on winning the first major championship of his career. Currently trained by the trainer of champions, Emanuel Steward, the Puerto Rican bomber is the gym preparing for the fight of his life.

Suarez, of Riverside, California, is on a major win streak. Undefeated since 2000, Suarez has won seven in a row - all by knockout. His last two victims were both undefeated prospects, Viktor Sydorenko (11-0) and James Webb (18-0). Suarez wants to make Cintron his eighth knockout victim. Everyone expects another toe to toe war in Tampa.
