WBC 'World Boxing Cares' joins efforts with LA's HOPE Program!
LOS ANGELES - The WBC: World Boxing Cares is proud to join with the HOPE Program at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles in bringing "Hope" to young patients with cancer and blood disorders, and their families. It is these true heroes that inspire our champions with their courage.
On September 18th, I will be the proud escort for Erik "TheTerrible" Morales, Genaro "Chicanito" Hernandez, and talented photo journalist Kazumichi Hayashi on their goodwill mission at Childrens Hospital LA. Bringing with them a message of love and support from the WBC President, Jose Sulaiman, gift bags donated by the always generous Alberto Reyes, and WBC Lifetime Memberships for the children –this will be the first in what the WBC intends to be many visits by our people to children's hospitals all over the world.
