Robert Morales: Baldomir's legend lives in Argentina

Even if Carlos Baldomir were to pull off the highly improbable and defeat Floyd Mayweather Jr. on Nov. 4 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, he still won't come close to being regarded as the best ever from Argentina.

That spot will probably always belong to the late, great Carlos Monzon. All he did was go 87-3-9 with 59 knockouts fighting from 1963-1977. He was 15-0 with 11 knockouts in world championship fights.
