SAN ANTONIO, TX -- Following the Holyfield-Oquendo fight earlier in the evening, boxing announcer and former WBC Lightweight Titlist Sean O'Grady visited with his mother, who posed for this photo with an unidentified companion.
O'Grady's mother was a delightful lady. You could certainly see where Sean got his affable nature and good manners!
O'Grady won the WBC Lightweight Title on April 12, 1981 with a unanimous 15 round decision over Hilmer Kenty.
O'Grady's mother pointed out his cuff links (see below), which commemorate his title win.
