ROUND LAKE, Ill. -- Almost a week after upsetting highly touted prospect Jason Litzau, Jose Andres Hernandez hosted a celebration at his bar, Copas. His eighth round knockout win, which was broadcast on HBO's Boxing After Dark, brought to national attention what others in Chicago already knew: Jose Hernandez is the genuine article.
